My Name is Emily, and I am the owner of Emily's Cakes and Creations. I started cake decorating when I was in elementary school, and I have fallen in love with it ever since. I started with baking and decorating cakes with my aunt and my dad, and enjoyed every step of the way.

I started baking cakes for my family, friends and school. I always knew I wanted to start my own business and be my own boss. Once I entered high school, I continued to learn skills through my Hospitality classes, and my career continued to grow. I decided to take the 1 Year Culinary Skills Program at Fanshawe College, where I learned the basics of baking and cooking. From there, I moved back home to Kitchener, Ontario, where I graduated from the Baking and Pastry Arts Program at Conestoga College.

Over the years, I have learned so many skills and how to make so many things, such as decorative cakes, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, pastries and breads. Here at Emily's Cakes and Creations, I strive to put my passion for baking to work and provide the best service possible.
